Bhosari was one of the first areas in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to develop rapidly. The development triggers have much to do with the nature of this catchment. Bhosari has a large working class population, with the MIDC providing employment on a massive scale. As a result of its early development, Bhosari has very decent infrastructure and has excellent accessibility to and from Pune City. Over the next 2-3 years, it will also have rapid connection to Wagholi and Kharadi with new road connectivity being constructed via Nagar Road. Another road being constructed between HInjewadi and Nasik Phata will improve Bhosari’s overall accessibility even more.
Bhosari is primarily a budget home destination, with a more premium grade of residences available in the Pradhikaran area.

Residential property rates in Bhosari five years ago ranged from Rs. 2800-3000 – today they are between Rs. 5000-6000.
