There is no place like Delhi and NCR for capital investment, say experts. It offers the highest return on investments as compared to the other cities. Faridabad and Ghaziabad are also coming up as safe bets as real estate investment for NRIs. While the former is well connected to both Noida and Gurgaon, the later is affordable and offers connectivity to Noida. Moreover once the metro is established in Faridabad, one can expect better returns.
Along the Noida Expressway, ample developments have been made by reputed developers, which offers good options to invest in, for those who want to invest in Noida real estate market. Sectors of Noida like sector 137, 143, 50, 113 and 117 have undergone an appreciation of approx 20-35 percent in the last one year. For NRIs this stretch presents a vast opportunity for investment. Further a lot of investment options have been generated by the opening of the Yamuna Expressway.
