According to a spokesperson of Ecogreen, “We are launching the units after two months at a special launch rate of Rs 2500 per sq ft.”
In office space, there are mainly banks, small and medium sized companies. The average unit capital value in commercial buildings such as Govind Vihar is Rs 6000 per sq ft. Badlapur has witnessed massive inflow of population from across various suburbs from the Mumbai in the recent past. It is well connected to Mumbai, Pune, and Navi Mumbai/Panvel, Dombivali and Kalyan.
